team WOD (team of 3)
time cap 8′ :
400m partner carry (partner 3 stay home and old a plate overhead (20/15 kg) – 10 burpees every time you drop the plate)
15 synchronized burpees
30 tire flips (one tire per team)
AMRAP double unders (everybody works)

5′ rest

time cap 8′ :
400m dog sled (total weight of the team – all of the team pull/push)
15 syncronized burpees
30 sandbag carry box over (30/18kg) (one boxe per team, one sandbag per partner)
AMRAP american ktb swings (32/24kg) (everybody works)

5′ rest

time cap 8′ :
1000m row (one rows, the two others hangs a bar – change the rower each time one partner releases the bar)
15 syncronized burpees
30 pull ups (everybody works)
lift a maximum weight doing dumbbell snatches (you choose the weight; everybody works; score = reps X weight)
