Team WOD :

50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10 reps of
American kettlebell swings
wall ball shots
ergo cals

Every two minutes (including the first round) :
8 synchronized burpees

  • One person works at a time.
  • Split up reps as desired.

Rx : 32/24kg – 8 synchronized burpees
Intermediate : 16/12kg – 6 synchronized burpees
Beginner : 12/8kg – 4 synchronized burpees
