B) Gymnastics :
EMOM 20’ (5 rounds)
– min 1 = 10-12 press pulldown in hollow position
– min 2 = 8-15 strict dips parallette (Rx : ring dips)
– min 3 = 30’’ L-sit hold parallette (Rx : mains sur des plate de 15kg)
– min 4 = 40’’ hand stand hold (Ry : max distance HS walk)
