Rx :
3 dumbbells clusters (2x 20/15kg)
2 burpees jump over the box
1 bar muscle ups

Intermediate :
3 dumbbells clusters (2x 15/10kg)
2 burpees box jump over
1 chest to bar

Beginner :
3 dumbbells clusters (2x 10/5kg)
2 burpees box jump
1 jumping pull ups
