60 synchronized toes to bar (two work, a teammate rest)
21 go & back pushing a sled (one go & back : 2 x 7,5m) (two work, a teammate rest)
30 rope climb (one teammate climbs, the two others hang from a pull-up bar)
90m hand stand walk (12 x 7,5m) (one teammate works at a time)
