execute one after the other :

  • 4 L pull ups
  • 6 negativ push ups (pieds sur une box)
  • 8 alternated squat pistols

→ 4 synchronized burpees

Rx : 70/45kg – L pull ups – neg push ups – pistols
Intermediate : 50/35kg – pull ups – push ups – air squats
Beginner : 20/15kg – ring rows – push ups – air squats
