Clean and Jerk complex (at 80-85% 3RM)
5 rounds for quality of

1 squat clean
1 paused front squat (2″ in a deep squat)
1 push press
1 push or split jerk


Conditioning :
Every two minutes for 5 rounds
5 Clean and Jerk (touch and go) (65%)
