Rx + Intermediate :
1) 3 attempts to find : maximum unbroken strict handstand pushups
(ou box HSPU ou pike push ups)

2) Every two minutes for 5 rounds :
execute the half of you max attempt

Beginner :
1) 3 attempts to find : maxium unbroken push ups

2) Every two minutes for 5 rounds :
execute the half of you max attempt
