Every 75″ for 10 rounds
1 hang power clean
1 squat clean
1 push press
1 thruster

At home :
Every 75″ for 10 rounds
2-3 dumbbells hang power clean
2-3 dumbbells squat clean
2-3 dumbbells push press
2-3 dumbbells thruster


Metcon :
Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds

Rx :
12 jumps over the box
12 ring push ups / 20 standard push ups
8 clusters (50/35kg)

Intermediate :
12 jumps over the box
10 ring push ups / 15 standard push ups
8 clusters (35kg/25kg)

Beginner :
12 box jumps or step ups
10 adaptative push ups
8 thrusters (20/15kg)

At home :
12 jumps over or box jumps or step ups
10 to 15 déficit push ups
8 clusters
