Exercice du jour 09.01.22 – CrossFit Le Rouge HOME thruster deadlift stretching :

La box est fermée ? Pas de problème ! Voici un bon WOD à faire à la maison…

WARM-UP :

2 sets:
10 alternating elbow insteps
10 air squats
10 reps scorpion stretch
10 reps piked push-up + shoulder tap

then …

2 sets:
5 weighted squats (slow)
5 weighted presses /arm

then …

2 sets:
8 weighted thrusters
8 weighted deadlifts


WOD :

5 rounds for time:
20 weighted thrusters
20 weighted deadlifts


ACCESSORY : Post-workout

5 sets:
8 weighted single-leg deadlift / side


STRETCHING :

3 sets:
:30 seated pike stretch / side
:30 standing quad stretch / side
