Skill Work :

On a 12:00 clock:
Every 2:00 perform:
5 double overhand deadlift
– Build to your heaviest set.

INTERMEDIATE
AMRAP 9:
9 deadlifts (43/61 kg)
3 wall walks

BEGINNER
AMRAP 9:
9 deadlifts (25/34 kg)
3 partial ROM wall walks


OVERVIEW :

In today’s workout, look to reduce the loading of the barbell to allow athletes the ability to perform at least three rounds unbroken. The loading should be moderate. If athletes end up breaking their deadlift sets, they should only have to break once.
On the wall walks, look to adjust how far an athlete walks up the wall. Even if this means simply getting their feet on the wall, not taking any steps, and holding for two seconds. If necessary, inchworms can be performed on a box or on the floor.
